GENERAL TICKET & SEATING POLICIES
for Franklin Park Arts Center
Your online receipt represents your ticket/s (No ticket/s will be mailed). Simply bring your online receipt to the door for check in. A few days before the production, you will receive a reminder email about when location, seating policies, when doors open, etc. This will be emailed to the email address used to purchase your ticket/s. If you need a reminder notice sent to a different email address, please let us know via RRRtheatre@gmail.com.
All seats are general seating, i.e. first-come, first-served, and the theatre doors open one hour before the performance. Snacks are available during the twenty-minute intermission. The performance runs approximately two hours, including intermission. A few days before the show, you'll receive a courtesy reminder; the reminder is sent to the email address which was used to purchase the tickets.
GROUP OR BLOCK SEATING
- BLOCK SEATS are reserved together, beginning in the third row and prioritized according to time of ticket purchase.
- TO PURCHASE 17 OR MORE TICKETS, please call the Box Office at 540-668-6779 (Online Block Ticket purchase only available for groups of 10-16).
- IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED BLOCK TICKETS, a Red Reservation Cloth with your name will be placed on your block seats. Simply check in at the door, and staff will direct you to your seating.
LATE TO YOUR BLOCK TICKET SEATING? We reserve the right to hold your party until intermission before seating you in the reserved area, so please arrive early (Doors open one hour before performance).
EARLY TO YOUR BLOCK TICKET SEATING? If you arrive early and wish to find other seating, please pick up your Red Reservation Cloth and hand it to the House Manager. Thank you!
SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING
— Franklin Park Arts Center is a handicap-compliant facility.
— You may reserve seating for wheelchair bound or hard of hearing patrons by calling Meredith Bean McMath at 540-668-6779 or emailing RRRtheatre@gmail.com. Reserved Seating will then be arranged for the Special Needs patron and one guest. Franklin Park Arts Center also has Auditory Assistance devices (Reserve by calling Meredith Bean McMath at 540-668-6779 or emailing her at RRRtheatre@gmail.com ).
